Mediova is an AI-powered mobile short video creation application. It enables users to generate short videos automatically by uploading images and using preset templates provided by the platform. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and protect user data, and complies with Google Play Store policies, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
đ 2. Collected Information Scope
- đŧī¸ Uploaded Images: Only used for the current AI video generation task. All uploaded images will be deleted immediately after processing without secondary retention.
- đļ Device Network Status: Used to monitor network connectivity and ensure stable AI service operation.
- đ This application does not collect any personally identifiable information, including but not limited to usernames, email addresses, phone numbers, and geographic location data.
đ 3. App Permissions and Purposes
- Internet access, network state access, and Wi-Fi state access: Used to connect to cloud AI servers and verify network connectivity to ensure normal video generation and data interaction.
- Storage read and write permissions: Used to access local photo gallery materials and save generated videos to the user's device.
- Camera permission: An optional permission only for users who actively take photos for video creation. Denying this permission will not affect core app functions.
- Foreground service and data sync permission: Ensures stable video rendering, processing, and file downloading tasks when the app is running in the background.

We only use relevant data to provide, maintain, and optimize our services, including AI video generation, local file storage, and service experience improvement. User uploaded materials and generated videos will not be sold, shared, licensed to third parties, or used for commercial advertising, targeted marketing or any other promotional purposes.
đ 5. Data Security and Retention
All interactive data is encrypted during transmission and processing to fully protect user data security. Images uploaded for video generation will be automatically and permanently deleted once the video processing is completed. All generated videos are stored only on the user's local device and will not be uploaded to or stored on our servers.
đ§ 6. Children's Privacy Protection
Mediova is not designed for or targeted at users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or use any personal data from children under 13.

- Users may revoke any granted app permissions at any time through device system settings.
- Users may independently delete uploaded image materials and generated video files locally on their devices.
- Users have the right to stop using the application and its services at any time.
